How to Start a Gluten-Free Diet?

Gluten-Free Case Studies

Real situations involving celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance, low-FODMAP eating, and overlapping food intolerances.
These articles explore what happens when dietary needs collide and how everyday eating can be shaped around them.

Gluten-Free Nutrition

This is where we get curious about what happens after gluten leaves the menu.
Digestion, nutrient intake and absorption, fiber, protein, lactose, natural sugars, fortification, and the nutritional quirks of gluten-free eating all belong here.

Gluten-Free Swaps & Recipes

Knowing something is useful. But knowing what’s for dinner is practically a superpower. Here you’ll discover crafty swaps and gluten-free recipes that transform nutrition into actual, edible joy — from naturally gluten-free feasts to baking, breakfasts, snacks, and the occasional sweet treat, because life without dessert would just be a sad salad.

Courses & Programs

If you are ready to level up, these resources are designed just for you!
My courses and programs take a deeper look at gluten-free eating, smart swaps, packaged foods, and ways to reduce reliance on ultra-processed substitutes while keeping the diet varied and enjoyable.

Gluten-Free Gut Health

Your gut hosts trillions of bacteria that influence digestion, nutrient absorption, immunity, mood, and metabolic health.

Gluten-related conditions disrupt this ecosystem, especially celiac, damaging the gut lining. This damage reduces nutrient absorption and microbial diversity and triggers inflammation that ripples beyond the digestive tract. Rebuilding a strong, diverse microbiome is one of the most important steps after going gluten-free.

Fermented foods are rich in probiotics that help repopulate the gut and strengthen the gut barrier. Paired with fiber-rich whole foods, the prebiotics that feed those bacteria form the foundation of gluten-free gut health.
In my kitchen, yogurt, sauerkraut, fermented vegetables, beet kvass, and kombucha are always on hand.
