Oat Recipes

Oats are one of my favourite ways to start the day. They’re naturally satisfying, full of fibre, and perfect for balanced breakfasts and healthy bakes. I always use certified gluten-free oats, which are gentle on digestion and packed with slow-release energy.

My oat recipes are gluten-free, lactose-free, and refined sugar-free. Oats blend beautifully with fruits, nuts, and natural sweeteners like date paste or maple syrup. I love baking them into soft breakfast bars or simmering them into creamy porridge for busy mornings.

Try my Oat Banana Muffins. With cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup, the oats turn golden and nutty. Every bite is full of warmth, texture, and goodness.

Oats are rich in beta-glucans, a type of soluble fibre that supports gut health, heart health, and balanced blood sugar levels. They’re proof that simple ingredients can do amazing things for your body.
