Savory Dips

Savory dips are a must in my kitchen — they bring people together and turn simple ingredients into something delicious. I love creating creamy, colourful spreads that are both healthy and satisfying.

My savory dip recipes are gluten-free, lactose-free, and refined sugar-free. They contain wholesome ingredients like chickpeas, yoghurt, garlic, olive oil, and herbs — staples of a Mediterranean kitchen.

Try my Beetroot Hummus for a vibrant, earthy flavour or my Classic Hummus for a smooth, protein-rich spread. Each dip brings fibre, healthy fats, and natural plant-based protein.

These healthy savory dips are perfect for snacks or light meals. Serve them with gluten-free crackers, vegetable sticks, or warm flatbread for simple, feel-good eating.
