Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the chickpeas and scoop avocado flesh. Melt the chocolate and cool slightly.
Blend base: Add chickpeas, avocado, date paste, peanut butter, cocoa, vanilla, and salt to a food processor.
Add liquids: Pour in almond milk and melted chocolate.
Process until silky: Blend 2–3 minutes, scraping the sides. Add milk if needed.
Taste and adjust: Add more date paste for sweetness or cocoa for richness.
