Ingredients
  

  • 2 L Water filtered
  • 1 Grapefruit juised
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Salt sea, pink
  • 10 leaves Mint fresh

Instructions
 

  • Pour the water into a large glass jug.
  • Squeeze the grapefruit and lemon.
  • Add grapefruit and lemon juice, stir in the honey until fully dissolved, and mix in sea salt and mint leaves.
  • Let it rest for 10–15 minutes to infuse the flavour.
  • Serve chilled or over ice for a delightful citrus mint drink experience.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
For extra flavour, add cucumber slices or a few berries.
Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake before serving.
Perfect before or after workouts or hot summer days, a citrus mint drink is refreshing.
